In view of the ever-evolving situation with the COVID-19 outbreak, Faretext wants to assure its customers of the continuity of service during these unprecedented times, and inform them of what we have put in place.


You can count on us!

Faretext has implemented plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its employees, as well as measures to ensure that your messages will continue to be received and sent.

We have always been set-up for remote and home-working, all staff are issued laptops, mobile phones and VOiP based handsets, upon commencement of their Faretext career. We have complete access and full control of every aspect of our service whilst we are away from the office, and can fulfil every requirement regardless of our location.

Be assured our system is always on and in the rare event of something going wrong, our multiple-sited and cloud-based redundancy systems for data storage and mobile connectivity will kick-in automatically.

All of our Faretext family share interchangeable skills and will still be available as normal through this time of uncertainty. All emergency contacts remain the same and are available 24/7.

Now more than ever, with the impending loom of potential lock-downs, we’re here to help!

So, if you need additional support to communicate via SMS to, inform your customers or clients of opening hours/closures, update your staff members of critical information or keep in touch with your remote workers please just get in touch.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and we are committed to doing everything to assist and maintain business continuity for all of our customers.
